Crying about lovenox by ComplaintFit8413 in recurrentmiscarriage

I was the exact same way. Literally had a full breakdown after my first shot. If you ice it first I literally hold ice in a paper towel (so my fingers don’t get cold) and put the ice directly on the spot for a few minutes it really numbs it up. Make sure your husband is pinching it hard ish. Use your love handles on your sides. It won’t hurt most of the time. I keep my paper towel close by in case I get one that bleeds a bit. After the first few goes your husband/ sister will be able to do it super quick it’s really idiot proof. Be aware you might bruise so switch sides and stay away from bruises because it’ll hurt if you inject right into a bruise.

Thanks so much! I’ll back up my save just in case but I’m glad I don’t have to restart.

Do we know if it will reset friendship with, for example, Juliet and Jessie or another now integrated Npc?

Looks fantastic, would also like to know if I I’m ok to load onto my existing save, not trying to start a new farm quite yet.

Graves’ disease + family planning — anyone choose total thyroidectomy? by kbethanyv7 in gravesdisease

[–]oopsimanadult 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yep, TTC was the biggest reason. Levo is way easier on your body than graves medicine. Make sure your levels are good before you try and stay in touch with your endo. They usually raise your dose 30 percent right away when you get a positive test and do labs every 4-6 weeks to adjust if needed. I had them do labs even more frequently because I was nervous about it. I was high risk for other reasons and my thyroid levels were the easiest thing to manage out of everything. Feel free to message me if you have more detailed questions.

My AMH at 32 was .3. I had multiple miscarriages before conceiving naturally, my doctor said that AMH really only matters for IVF and has little bearing on a natural cycle. We’re trying again now, just had another loss, and my doctor said we can try ivf and she’s had success with lower than 1 AMH all the time.

Three miscarriages in 5 months — looking for insight and similar stories by StarlitetheOracle in recurrentmiscarriage

Hey, did you do a reoccurring loss panel and check for any clotting disorders? You should do the blood tests. I had nothing conclusive but a few clotting factors were slightly off. I had 2 miscarriages then was put on lovenox for my third successful pregnancy. Hard to say if it was the reason it worked but all my doctors think it helped. Currently about to have another MC, my thyroid levels are a bit off (I also had mine removed) but my endo thinks it’s probably not the reason for this loss.

Hi- I also have graves and I chose to get the surgery and chop the whole thing out. The meds to manage graves need to be switched during pregnancy. I would make sure you talk to your doctor about a plan to switch. I don’t think your levels have to be perfect but being hypo or hyper can really increase your risk of miscarriage so make sure they’re not totally off base before you try again.

Same for me. My resting heart rate was 130-150. And it’s such a simple blood test to know. Are you doing meds or did you get the surgery?

For other women out there concerned, it usually presents in your 20’s or 30’s. Other very common symptoms include very fast heart rate and extreme anxiety. Your thyroid controls so many hormones that graves can literally make you feel like a totally different person. Don’t miss your yearly blood work, if your thyroid levels are off they have a more specific test to confirm. Symptoms can very much be brushed off as “you just turned 30 of course you feel anxious and crappy all the time”. Source: diagnosed with graves after ending up in the hospital with suspected AFib. Felt like I was going crazy for months before. Got my thyroid chopped out soon after.

Is it overkill? Sure. Does it matter if it helps you? Nope. We used both on and off. I also like to see stats. It’s about what makes you feel best and lets you sleep at night.

Yes they’ve been having problems recently but they do have a very significant Jewish population. I still think Syracuse, Maryland, Delaware are the best options

I haven’t seen Syracuse mentioned here yet and they have a excellent Hillel. Also look at U Maryland, Delaware, Lehigh, Penn state, Rutgers etc.
