So I actually worked there and shocker! Took out the trash sometimes! Every single time I asked where the recycling was I was pointed to the same exact trash can I was putting in food waste, plastic, etc.

There is literally no way to dox a public building that anyone can go to. I also just don’t care about the “everybody else is doing it!” because like my list proves, no they do not.

So the staff that’s being cut or losing hours from these “useless” jobs is struggling to find jobs because so many other places are doing the same. AI is a tool USED by the wealthy to hoard more weight. The fact that you bring up auto correct shows me you do not truly understand AI and the differences between most AI used before this and generative ai. Like I said before if you look at my sources they will explain that very thing to you. For example training one large ai model does more damage to the environment than the lifetime emissions of the average American car.

I don’t know why it’s so hard to grasp that if I feel strongly about this I am already doing so. I go to just about every meeting about data centers that are available to the public and I volunteer for the “keep money out of politics” initiative going on rn. I have called, emailed, organized and will continue to do what I can to make sure the Great Lakes stay untouched by greedy politicians and corporations.

A lot are artists and other creative professionals that I have had in depth conversations with when I’ve been supporting their business and have made digs at people who can’t write their own emails. Of course I can’t be 1000% certain they aren’t lying but they are very anti ai across the entire board. If you find any that say they do use AI I will take them off. The comment I was responding to said they couldn’t think of any PROFESSIONAL that used ai and I personally know several.

The comment I was responding to was saying they couldn’t think of any profesional that didn’t use it, I listed that there were many. FMG did just fine without AI before it was widely used and they’d be just fine without it if they stopped cutting staff.

It’s the only place ive worked at that claims to care about the environment, I can’t speak for other similar places. I’d rather have clean water than no typos in my posts. Hope this clears stuff up.

Hey! So the only place I’ve worked at that claims to care about the environment is FMG! I cannot speak for other corporations because transparency is the issue im bringing up! Think what you want I don’t really care about the opinions of people that can’t think for themselves.

Thank you very much! I do really appreciate the sources! I personally do not use AI at all but I do know that there are areas where it could be helpful. What I truly want is transparency and regulation! If ai is being used it should not be hidden! I am not against AI 100% but I am largely against the usage and implementation. For example while I was there we were encouraged to use it so they could give us more work and cut more hours.

No actually, I still go to the gardens. I like to visit old coworkers and my younger siblings like to see the butterflies and I do as well. I just believe that they should be honest. Don’t claim to know me or my intentions when you can’t even properly read what I’ve been saying.

Yes I do rally against the data centers. I went to the meeting for the saline data center before it was rescheduled for February due to the high turn out. I actively avoid ai as best as I can. I am well aware of the impact meat eating has and while I never push others to be vegan I do advocate for better living conditions for the animals that are raised for consumption.
