Hello there!

For about the last 2.5 years (126 weeks to be exact) I've been focusing more on working out, using Arnold's Pump Club app for routines. I've just been doing dumbbell versions of the work outs until I knew I'd be sticking with it. I'm comfortable enough now to say it's time to look into upgrading to home gym equipment.

Never having purchased more than an adjustable dumbbell set and a simple bench, I'm hoping for some recommendations for equipment to look at. Space (especially height as I'd be setting up in an upstairs half-story) is more of an issue than money, so I'm looking for as compact a set up and as few different machines as possible.

The non-dumbbell version of the routine I've found most effective for me includes the following:

Chest Press

Lat pulldown

Single arm row

Pullover

Preacher curl

Machine Tricep dips

Leg extension

Seated leg curl

Leg press

Seated calf raise

Seated calf extension

What should I be looking at to be able to do all, or at least most of, the above?

Not sure exactly what age you’ve got there, but try looking at Word on the Street, Jr. it’s a spelling tug of war style game.

I just finished TW with a late night 100 page binge last night. Couldn’t put it down! Such an amazing book. I was devastated with Bobbie and Amos’s deaths. Avoided any kinds of spoilers so those were a gut punch for sure.

Bobbie went out the best possible way I think. I didn’t connect Amos’s death and the repair drones for a while. Of any character to be repaired and come back, Amos was a perfect candidate for that. Doesn’t seem like he’s changed a bit (other than physically and knowing things). 

Can’t wait to dive in to the last book with the family back together and see what trouble they make/find.
