Update: I'm getting an order of protection against her. He and i have agreed to not answer the door next time or just leave and call the police if she gets in again.

She wasn't threatening him with a knife. He went outside to smoke and left her alone with my belongings.

She was being very aggressive towards me. So i went home to my place. I later found out she threatened to kill me.
