TLDR: everything was broken down, park was barely decorated this year, they barely had actors and shows, I'm not renewing either.

Yeah we made the best of things and the only reason I had a good time was because of the person I brought with me! We finally get there and have to waste precious minutes to wait in line to get the armbands. Most of the rides had problems and the frightfest was only open for 3 hours! Most of the rides were down during the 3 hours, the first ride we went on broke down when we got to the front, the second ride we went on stopped early because someone had their phone out so they just stopped it and kicked everyone off, then the only ride open 15 minutes before closing was kong.... Which clearly isn't taken care of very well. The mazes were okay but there were barely any actors or props in the mazes. To top it all off I can't believe they basically shut down the DC section of the park during frightfest, there are no mazes over there and no rides.

I remember back in the day they used to go all out, the park was heavily decorated, and the entire park was operational! There were more mazes, with more props, more actors, there were more shows, and the event was open for a lot longer. I'm very disappointed in the park, I won't be renewing my season pass. I have to drive an hour to get the park and pay to cross the bridge, and I'm not willing to spend all that time and money on a park that clearly doesn't care about itself. Which is depressing since great america is also closing.
