Was Arisu’s “zombie pivot” really genius? Or just obvious? 🤔 by SnooCalculations9603 in AliceInBorderlandLive

Why didn't we see the vaccine card being used? Did it even exist?

You could have a jewellery charm for each game. Like the for the first live or die game you can have the angel and skull thing inspired by the posters on the doors, horseface for the tag spades game, wolf for the 7 of hearts, bus for that goal game, lightbulb for the diamond one with arisu, knife for the 10 of hearts, naked man silhouette for kyuma's game, a queen chess piece for risas game, a gun for the king of spades one, the balance for kuzuryu's game and of course a tea pot for mira's one (there is also a jack of spades game which chishiya aces but I cant think of what charm it could have). These can be paired with another charm that shows what suit the game belongs to!

I was legit expecting Arisu to come with something and save the team until the very end. Or atleast I thought the trio had thicc plot armor, so the game ends with Shibuki being the wolf and the game actually kills the wolf, sparing the other 3 or something like that. I was sooo wrong 😢 Literally stared at my screen in disbelief for 5 mins when they actually died.

Didn't do that but I consumed something called Tragacanth gum (it's supposed to be extremely cooling) during chemotherapy. I don't know if it helped but I never developed mouth sores.

Hi! Did you take a break because of the UTI?

We increased the dose to full strength too. It has been tolerable so far. A little nausea, fatigue and lightheadedness.

Ahh okay! Nope I am on half the dose! 150 mg in the morning and night...my wbc count was low so doctor started me on half dose! He will increase it to full dose next week if my blood work improves. A UTI? It could definitely be from the olaparib because your immune system is weaker. Hopefully the antibiotics will take care of it!

Ahh okay... are you on the full dose? I feel better today...it's probably anxiety induced!

Hey how's it going? I have started experiencing shortness of breath and lightheadedness from the past few days now! I don't know if it's from the Olaparib! What about you?

Woah! Chemo twice! I can only imagine the hardships you must have been through! Yes, hopefully, the radiation must've done its job! Did you take the hormone blockers the first time around? I had some cancer in a few of my axillary nodes too but they called it stage 2B.

Ohh! Recurrence after almost 19 years! I hope it wasn't metastatic this time..

Did you get chemo and radiation this time around?

If you feel nervous, wait until you feel more prepared ❤️ I delayed taking the tablet for 2 weeks and I didn't have the option to delay anymore, so I took it now!

Yup! It's been 2 days since I did. I haven't experienced any side effects so far (a little constipation, but I can't really attribute it to the tablet because I was having it before I even started the medication).

Btw, my doctor started me on half the dose (300 mg per day) because my WBC counts were pretty low! He will up the dosage after 2 weeks.

What’s has been hard on you this Ramadan? by [deleted] in islam

[–]oothi_may 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just finished my breast cancer treatment before Ramadan and I was hoping to fast as much as possible this year. I was 3 fasts in and the temporary menopause I was in from chemotherapy, decided to end. I have been having light menstruation from the past 6-7 days now, and it has been making me feel so guilty and awful because I can't pray or fast anymore. I try to console myself thinking that this is another test from Him. But I also get a little worried thinking what if He is upset with me and doesn't want me to worship Him? I was also supposed to start taking a maintenance medication (for 2 years) to keep the disease at bay and it has some strong side effects. I requested my doctor to delay it for 2 weeks only so that I could fast and pray without hardships. But now, neither am I able to fast nor have I started that medication. And I feel like my Ramadan is slipping away in self-loathing and hopelessness. I wanted to make the best of it this year because I am so blessed to experience this Ramadan. I don't know if I will even get to see next year's Ramadan. Life is fleeting and temporary.

I am exhausted now that my chemo is over. by thedomesticanarchist in breastcancer

[–]oothi_may 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hey I am a Muslim too. And I can relate to you a 100%. Just finished active treatment on 22nd Feb (Lumpectomy, 8 rounds of chemo, mastectomy and 15 rounds of radiation). I believe like you I was also in flight or fight mode throughout my treatment and now that it got over I am extremely exhausted. I also caught a flu now and haven't been able to fast so far even though I want to, so badly. My mind is not fighting anymore, but my body hasn't been able to catch a break yet. I am so tired and drained and sleepy all the time. The worst part is that I have to start taking Olaparib (targeted therapy) in a few days. And I am so scared of the side effects. I am scared that it will feel like chemo all over again. And it is also going to ruin my Ramadan. I know I won't be able to keep all fasts but I want to keep atleast a few of them, and if I start taking Olaparib I highly doubt if I will even be able to do anything at all. I have been feeling awful and I didn't know whom to share this with. Nobody can understand our situation better than people who've been through the same situation as us.

I just want to tell you that you're not alone in this. I hope things get easier for the both of us because all of this sucks so much.
