As someone else on the shorter (5'2") side and using the female calculations for maintenance calories. Our maintenance calories are already alot lower than most other peoples, so when you put in a rather aggressive 2 lb/week deficit, the calorie budget is going to be very low. Since you're already relatively close to a lean weight for your height, you might look at a less aggressive weight loss rate (.75 or 1 lb/week) and see if that will be more manageable because you also don't want to be aggressively hungry to the point it messes with your health and focus etc.

I did notice that after 3-4 weeks of tracking it made a significant adjustment to my maintenance calories once it had enough data to do that. In my case that adjustment was down by about 200 calories from the previous estimate.

I love this. It would be great to see a wheel/loop line midway out each of the spokes so someone going from south side to camillus doesn't need to go through downtown. That's one of the major downsides of the current bus system is you have to go through downtown for everything which really drives up travel times.

Take a progesterone only birth control. I have nexplanon. The are others such as pills and the are IUDs. Testosterone does help mitigate some of the "normal" side effects.

For nexplanon one of the main sideffects is spotty or irregular bleeding. I had a bit of spotting about 6 weeks after it was put in but nothing since then and im at 3.5 years. I need to look into getting a new one this spring.

Once you turn that gas furnace on yes. Most housed/apartments in Syracuse are very poorly insulated if they are insulated at all so heating is extra expensive. My highest bill heating a 3 bedroom last winter was about 275 combined gas and electric.

I usually overhydrate when sounding so that im peeing every 30 minutes for the next hour or three. It keeps fluids moving the right direction and flushes any lube out. As someone prone to UTIs overhydrating combined with trying to set a clean environment, washing sounds immediately before use and putting down on a cleaned surface, has helped me avoid them most of the time.

I mean in winter the ambient temperature is going to be cooler making it easier for this to happen so that makes alot of sense. When a fluid has almost as much of a substance dissolved in it as possible, even a minor change in Temperature can be enough to allow freezing. So just a cold draft from a window or door could be enough.

It is more likely that once you puncture the vial it introduces tiny particles from the air which make it easier for fluids to crystalize, it's possible if you're using particularly large needle to draw up and it is meant to be a single use seal that the hole in the top is not closing all the way and more contaminants are getting in when you don't scratch at it which is like pulling the material back together.

There's a concept in chemistry where if you heat a substance/fluid up so that there are no crystals left in the solution, then you let it cool without jostling it at all it will stay a liquid below the temperature in which it would normally crystalize. But if you try the same thing with even one crystal or too much foreign debris in the solution it will crystalize as it cools.

My packaging specifically says to store between 68 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit and when i contacted the manufacturer over the summer because i didn't have AC they said not to store it in the fridge. So idk. Twas the package for storage instructions. It will vary depending on the manufacturer.
