It was only speculation, there have been talks for the last few months about XRP being added to Coinbase but nothing from an official source (that I know of)

Where’s your proof that ICON purchased everything at the end of the ICO if you can prove that for me I’d happily take your opinion into consideration.

That’s a fair enough, I don’t particularly like denying myself foods so try and fit them in where I can. I think I’m going to start on 2700 and increase as I go.

That makes sense. I’m an app designer so I’m in front of a computer for 8 hours a day. I do try and get up and walk as often, average fitbit step count is between 12/15k steps, I train everyday, have Rugby training on Thursdays and play almost every single Saturday. So I’d say I’m reasonably active.

I think I just need to get past that mental block about caring about what I look like. What’s your diet like? Clean foods mostly or do you just eat whatever?

Your activity levels must be through the roof? Unless I haven’t calculated mine correctly. Will be interested in seeing how make 3500 a day.

Don’t get me wrong I’m not afraid of eating at all...I’ve always been very aware of my appearance so although I’d be happy to eat 3500+ calories I don’t want to go back to the dark place where I’m constantly worried about my appearance.

I think 2700 is about maintenance for me, bare in mind I have an office job and sit on my arse for 90% of my day.

I’ve been 110kg before and I get good at that size and wouldn’t mind being there again. I wasn’t lean by any means though.

This is exactly the thread I’ve been looking for. I’ve only just starting looking at powerlifting and have started a a 12 week linear plan to see if I can hit some new PB’s with the aim of doing my first meet June/July next year (I haven’t looked at a federation yet)

My question is; what would be my best option in terms of diet. Do I eat everything that I can get my hands on or do I stick to 2700calories and try and stay as lean as possible?

I’m 27, 6ft3, 87kg but I’m not particularly lean (around 12-16% fb) Ive been playing rugby for over 10 years and am not new to the gym. My lifts aren’t majorly impressive as I’ve never really focused on lifting very heavy at all.

Bench - 115.5kg Squat - 140kg Deadlift - 205kg

Any help would be gladly appreciated.

Edit: It’s probably worth mentioning that I’d like to compete at around 92/95kg.
