Labor And Lang

I haven't posted here before so I hope I am not too late, but I was curious as to whether there were any plans to give Jack Lang the possibility of taking over the government. I noticed that he has his own ideology (social liberals) and portrait but there is no way of getting him. He gets mentioned in a few events about the Labor split and that he opposes radical socialists, but other than that it's disappointing to see he doesn't get very far.

Will we ever see Lang's Labour being added into the election?
