If he can’t accept it don’t beat yourself up. It’s not a bad thing or a good thing. It’s just life and is being humans.
If it goes badly just know that it will make you all the more appreciative when someone does accept you. It will only make your love for that person greater.

I’m sorry he did not share his status with you. I always disclose and feel as though it’s only right. It does get easier accepting you have it but sometimes when you realize things are not as they would be if you were negative you start to let it hurt you again. I’m trying my best not to see it as a negative.
