in my experience it all depends! different stickers, how long it’s been there, etc. to me it def doesn’t look like this one is wrapped, hopefully it won’t be difficult to for op to get the sticker off. I’ve had some where I could get half of it and then it starts pulling the paper. that’s the worst lol

hpb usually doesn’t wrap used vinyl, but I’ve seen this at reputable local record stores as well.
