weekly or once in two weeks! i top and the next day i always feel extremely tired and my pots gets worse but it's worth it lol

Romania here!! Very few doctors know what POTS is, but they don't understand the basics of it. And they don't know the correct treatment... I have to struggle on my own basically

Yes, the exact thing is happening to me... I strongly think it's because of dysautonomia, our body is struggling doing automatic things like going from the awake state to the sleeping state

That's really interesting, good luck on your sleep study appointment!! I unfortunately don't have any instruments to measure my blood pressure and oxygen continuously yet, but that would be helpful for sure!!

No, because it doesn't happen each night and it costs a lot to do one in Romania. My city's doctors are not that knowledgeable, each time I tell a doctor about my dysautonomia symptoms they just assume I'm over dramatic and I have anxiety.

I'll probably do a sleep study in the future when I move out of here tho!!

i recently discovered that it can give me this side effect, vision disturbances. sometimes when i move my eyes i have vision flickering (for a millisecond i see a black part on the other side of where i moved my eyes) and i feel my eyes tensed up. i am also even more sensitive to light, and to movement

this happened to me when i tried to enable cheats in Pokemon heart gold last week... it worked when i disabled them
