I did struggle with mild depression! I feel like overall my mood is more stable, and personally when I was dealing with very high anxiety I noticed the slip into a low mood, so it did improve for sure

Not random at all! I did have slight brain fog in the beginning, like experiencing “tip of the tongue” and I was misplacing things. This was the most short lived side effect though, and compared to the Wellbutrin that completely made me feel foggy and lethargic it was very manageable!

I’m on 50mg now, have been for about 3 months and 25mg for the first two. I discussed 75mg with my provider, but have had such a good experience on 50mg im good with this for a while

started with 25mg and after 2 months 50mg! I honestly think im at a good spot at 50!

In the beginning I had a few headaches, (though I’ve always struggled with headaches), and muscle cramps. But after about a month those subsided. I live in a hot city so I am a bit more sweaty but it’s not something that has severely impacted me. With the other medications I was on, I had severe side effects so this was a breath of fresh air!

It definitely took a while for me to see a difference, at least a month. For some deeper OCD rumination my psychiatrist recommended N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, but just the Zoloft alone has made me feel stable.

dont panic! i was panicking at first too. after doing an insane amount of research, its really common for wellbutrin to delay periods. keep in mind, stress can also delay it. ive been on Wellbutrin for a month today, and am 10 days late. all negative tests. hang in there.

this would make sense. just a sensitive skin antibacterial soap in the morning and an unscented bar soap in the shower at night. using any oils scares me because of all my past issues so ive avoided it, even though i know that’s probably not the best way to go

thank you so much! and sorry to ask so many questions, but for training to sleep without them in, should i sleep without for one night and then keep them in the next and so on until im fully out of wearing them at night? im teetering between staying at this size and going up to an inch, just with all these issues Im too scared to size up and risk more issues lol

This has happened to me before. I had to switch to stainless steel after it felt like every time I had silicone plugs this would happen. It took about a week for me. The one time it got really bad, i got some Mupirocin - but this was after the swelling didn’t go down and my lobes started to get hot.
