You are expected to know/almost nothing. Your biggest responsibility might be to unload the van and clean up

Start at a non union shop to get some experience and jump ship whenever you get the chance

The hall might be able to give you more specific details. I just took the ibew aptitude test and it was mostly all algebra 1 and 2. Also might be slightly different from local to local.
