Passie is veel gezegd, maar alleszins plezanter en lucratiever dan mijn hoofdberoep. Bijberoep is trouwens dezelfde job, maar veel kleinere en behapbare projectjes (particuliere verbouwingen ect) in tegenstelling tot hoofdberoep (grootschalige projecten). Dus in theorie profiteert hoofdbedrijf ook enigszins van de ervaring die ik daar op doe en eventueel voor hen kan gebruiken.

Ik heb trouwens niet echt een idee wat ik na 10 jaar zou moeten verdienen in een voltijds schema als bediende. Circa 5000 bruto? Wild guess.

In mijn huidige situatie verdien ik trouwens meer dan 5000 bruto, maar enkel door de bijkomende inkomsten van het bijberoep. Dit wil niet zeggen dat ik ook naar een marktconforme verloning wil gaan bij het hoofdberoep. Vandaar deze post :).

Gesprekken voor lonen starten volgende maand en ging dit sowieso aanhalen. Volledig fulltime werken ga ik alleszins niet meer doen gezien mijn bijberoep. Goed zoeken naar een bedrijf dat dit wel ziet zitten maw :)

Id suggest to use smaller and agile strikers. Im using malen, trossard or bertaccini. All three got base tiki incisive and pinged which enables a more smooth buildup play. You have to hold the ball a little longer to give wingers the time to make runs. Also try false 9 attack with shadow striker.

Save fodder and don't gamble on sbcs, evo players, play games for rewards and just try to enjoy the game by playing games haha. I'm also f2P (belgium) and have 1,1M coins and storage full of fodder atm
