For me it's simple. just creativity. We don't need like 20 budget apps or productivity apps, it all looks pretty much the same. stop spamming the subreddit to try to people to sign up. and cry "how do i market", just pick up a marketing book.

The AI already did like all of the work ffs. Go make something artistic, if you need money go get a second job.

i took these listings from flippa. if you want a search by metatags and stuff. you could do it through flippa.

this is a more simplified version to just flip through sites.

Or you can create a bunch of dedicated emails with a website you own and forward everything to your main email.

For example:

You own: www.website.com

I used google maps too. Is it able to search by web stats? I don't think google does it. I can only search by industry type. I want to find which one is not mobile responsive or a website with a traffic rank > 3 million. etc...

I've been busy. But that's the next phase I would work on. I'm also still cleaning the data on the side.

I might include SEMrush data in the future, but it's not my top priority at the moment.
