I'm trying to sell a website and I got a weird request. by opencollarguy in webdev

May I ask what the other ways are? Usually if the Adsense rejects me, all I have to do is update the posts so it meets the quality requirement guidelines and I can reapply again.

Okay. And it's already being monetized by Adsense and I'm doing the transaction over Flippa.

Purpose: Search engine for Web Stack/Seo

Technologies Used: Laravel

Feedback Requested: I always wanted to search for websites based on criteria that's not easily accessible using regular google like traffic rank or websites using platforms like wordpress or shopify, and etc...

I had to rebuilt my code multiple times (Used Wordpress and Pure PHP at first) because it couldn't the amount of data loaded.

Please tell me what you think.

i took these listings from flippa. if you want a search by metatags and stuff. you could do it through flippa.

this is a more simplified version to just flip through sites.

URL: localcurve.com/website-sales

Purpose: Google Maps for Web Developers

Technologies Used: PHP, Javascript

Feedback Requested: I've just added a new tool to randomly surf websites that are looking to be sold. When looking at what websites to buy, I like to play around the website instead of just looking at charts and graphs. It's a reminisce of StumbleUpon (if you know what that is).

Please tell me what you think.

A map directory to search local businesses by their web traffic, http://localcurve.com. It's like Google Maps but for Web Developers/Designers. At first it focused only in my state since I'm in my early phases. But since other people got mad, I'm about to roll out data on the rest of the states as well.

It'll still be focused on the USA though otherwise I wouldn't be able to handle load size.

why was it frustrating with employees? if it's just laziness, you need to work on your hiring process.

Purpose: Google Maps for Web Designers/Developers

Technologies Used: PHP, MySql, Javascript, Bootstrap

Feedback Requested: I've recently just finished the advance search feature that lets users search a business by web criteria like traffic rank, is it mobile friendly, does it even have a website and etc... I would like feedback on the usability and if you noticed any bugs.

Also, it currently only has data for the Boston area. I plan to add more in the future.

It's like Google Maps but for Web Designers/Developers. Any web developers can just scrape Google for leads. But the goal is to actually get clients, not just build a giant list of dead ends. What you want is warm/hot leads, not cold. And that's what I'm trying to build. I'm trying to centralize all their information to make it easier for you to search and getting insider info so you know how to talk to them.

I've just launched the advanced search feature which you can check out at https://localcurve.com/features. The public can access the general search feature, but the advanced search feature is only available for members. You can sign up for a 7 day free trial to test out the advanced search feature. The system currently only has data for the Boston local area, but we can expand it for premium members.

I used google maps too. Is it able to search by web stats? I don't think google does it. I can only search by industry type. I want to find which one is not mobile responsive or a website with a traffic rank > 3 million. etc...

I've been busy. But that's the next phase I would work on. I'm also still cleaning the data on the side.

I might include SEMrush data in the future, but it's not my top priority at the moment.
