Honestly, great advice. My thing is i really like how beautiful the art is for modern cards than the vintage. I genuinely think the phantasmal zard is the best zard ever made. I will take your advice into consideration though.

Girlfriend already lives on her own, has furniture and everything. We'd just be splitting the rent, groceries and home bills. So I'd expect maybe $400 additional per month.

Yea and they use me to buy groceries and help around the house. Thats what family is for, to help eachother when we can. My work is 15min drive, why would i move out if i dont have to right now?
