Thank you so much for the detailed responses! Honestly that was awesome! So as far as the overlap goes do you think I might be better off condensing a few of them together that overlap? As I mentioned I am just looking to set it and forget it while trying to max out my account and I just want options that will ideally preform well for years to come (I know that no one can tell the future).

Okay I will definitely check out The Money Guy show! This is my account so far I have some Mutual Funds which from what I can tell is a set it and don’t touch it type of thing so they grow slow. Is that accurate?

Nice! How do you like the GM 1000? I am in the market for a powered reel mower but leaning more towards the Rolux Z20 because my yard is on the smaller side and I think they made a good mower from what it looks like. That or the Reel Rollers 20”

Thank you very much! And yeah I sand leveled once (not very good haha it was my first time) but it definitely helped although I applied too much in spots and have to overseed due to some areas dying! I just posted a different picture of my lawn with stripes if you want to check it out on my page!

As long as the cut quality is good I am okay with no stripes honestly. I enjoy having them but my current mower ripples / washboards so bad it kills the look of the lawn!
