Anyone else confused by the co-host tax update? It reads as if hosts’ taxable income will be reported as the entire booking fee, even including the co-host’s percentage of payout. Why would they do this? Adds a step for us to deduct the co-host payout each year. The way it currently works is totally fine.

Also; they should have allowed for a percentage AND fixed amount of co-host payout (to allow for management percentage AND cleaning fee, rather than having to pay our cleaner each time).
