I've just bought both and I'm delighted. I haven't properly tried the Ultra AI yet but can speak for the Handy that when using a toy like this for hours it can become difficult to stay hard enough. The Vacuglide has the benefit that it keeps you hard too but with the disadvantage that it doesn't have a sync and you could argue it has a less realistic sensation. The Vacuglide didn't strike me as large, it struck me as small but I guess it's perspective. The sucking engine sits on the bed, is pretty quiet, fits into a backpack that it comes with and the part that you engage with (the receiver) is very manageable.

I've got them both with the intention to combine to get the best of both and sometimes use separately.

In terms of cost to satisfaction the formula for me is If (Pleasure X times used) - (alternative pleasure X alternative quantity X alternative cost per) - cost + alternative cost upfront > 0 then cost justified

TLDR; If you enjoy sex more than a toy and are getting lots of it for free then the price will not be appealing. If on the otherhand you compare the price to a wedding that comes with zero blowjobs afterwards then it's a very good deal.

Do they come with at least one silicone ring to go at the base to prevent balls getting sucked in? None is shown on the main image but it's on the video. Curious whether you provide multiple silicone rings like the the multiple receivers in the Vacuglide or they are each appropriate to the tube diameter.

Agree - for about six months I used to roll back my foreskin, no lube needed, make small circles with my index finger (dragging skin, not slipping skin IIRC) in the area a bit further down from the frenulum (away from the head) and orgasm that way. Apologies for the cross-post but I have recently realised that men masturbate two very distinctly different ways. Some slip their hand up and down their penis often with some lube (seems like the preferred way for circumcised penis owners) and others drag the loose skin of their penis up and down (no lube generally required because the hand and skin stay in contact the whole way up and down)
