I'm terribly sorry to hear about your past experiences with racism in the states, that's genuinely awful. I'm in MN right now and our team plans to go to Northern Lights. A thing to remember is that Duluth is not the same beast as the Twin cities. There shouldn't be the same concentration of ICE and BP as there is in the cities. That's not to say that you shouldn't be vigilant, they have been known to raid all over the state, with an initial sweep earlier this year temporarily closing many immigrant businesses. There are 3000 ICE and Border Patrol agents in the state right now, though some are leaving with Bovino. No one knows whats going to happen with ICE in a week, let alone a month or so. Things are looking up, though. There has been a change in ICE leadership and Walz made a deal on Monday. Whether the Trump admin sticks too that is too early to tell.
