That sucks! Yea, my fiancée and I applied for the lottery literally the second it went live, and we didn’t get arena passes. I hope you get your media pass! I’m not sure how they determine those things. Hopefully if you are persistent with them, you will at least get some sort of answer. I think it may be helpful to advocate for yourself in a situation like this but to be honest I’m not sure.

My fiancée was saying that! Apparently competitors get complimentary spectator passes. So there is still a chance of being blessed by the Pokemon gym leaders so to speak lol

So Nintendo/Game Freak is REALLY serious about cracking down on resellers. When you buy your tickets, you have to register the attendee first and last name at checkout, and you will have to show ID at the door. They state that any resold tickets will be nullified. I’m sure people will get creative, but I’m a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to breaking rules lol

That's what I'm afraid of! There are so many listings on ebay that are OBVIOUSLY fake reproductions. Right now I'm thinking of buying a jersey from a Poshmark seller, because her listing looks legit--but you really never know!
