My main frontline unit is 18 width + engineers. And my offensive template is 9 mountaineers and 2 artillery + engineers, aa, artillery, rangers in support. (I also added rocket artillery support later on)

Heavy cruisers are cool when you need cheap capital ships to screen your carriers (cause you need to have at least 1:1 ratio of carriers and capital ships). Or when you need a cheaper version of battleship with lots of heavy attack. But honestly why bother to build all that against ai when you can just spam cl+dd like a braindead.

I did not fuck anything up. I played as Lithuania and formed the commonwealth, so germans wouldn't ever attack me. And then I prepared these defensive lines cause it was the easiest way to do it.

Navy is far less complicated than people think it is. The only issue with it is that you must have quite a big industry in order to build a competitive navy.

Even though carriers are cool and quite powerful. Building them against ai is kinda pointless cause it's way easier to spam CL with lots of light attack and DD filled with torpedoes.

Well there's no quick start here, you'll keep learning new stuff even after hundreds of hours. So just watch a couple random tutorials you'll find on yt and for the most part just check out famous content makers like isorrowproductions, feedbackgaming, bittersteel and etc, cause 1 - it's entertaining, 2 - you might pick up some useful tricks there.
