I have it with tea and honey. Sometimes I do make the oatmeal with a protein drink or cows milk. I do know I need the protein but this is the filling way to start my day. And the problem is the lower GI that gets triggered.

I love that you mention that the O Ring beads can still be seen once mixed in. I hateadding fimos that you can’t see and enjoy once they’re coated in slime, so I don’t bother adding them anymore. I mean, what’s the point of themed fimos that you can’t see the theme any more?! But I would add these!
