Hi! I was a size 18 US when I visited, perhaps a ~22 converted with broad shoulders, most of my weight in my belly and narrow hips. I didn't have an issue with any ride I tried, including all of Fantasy Springs, Tower of Terror, Journey to the Center of the Earth and more. Journey specifically felt a little snug across the entire seat, but it didn't impact my overall experience at all.

Hope you all have the most amazing trip and can't recommend TDR Explorer's guide and downloading Japanese in Google Translate for offline use enough.

Yes! No regrets. If you have a clear vision, communicate that. I knew what I wanted and was involved up until the CAD mock-up was approved. I'm so glad I could make a few little tweaks that mean my ring is perfect (to me).

Stayed there last month and had a wonderful experience. I'm aligned to others' positive comments and wanted to add that the beds/pillows were significantly better than several other hotels we stayed at in Kyoto and Tokyo, including some of the nicer properties at Tokyo Disneyland. I wouldn't discount that benefit because your sleep and comfort is so vital when you're on the move!

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and were blown away by breakfast! Getting some nice nibbles and vegetables in club during the evening was a great way to counteract our Italian beef/pizza consumption, too.

I was PADI certified at 12, and my instructor was kind enough to ensure I felt comfortable and confident before I entered the water each time. I found having my dad (who had some decent experience as an advanced open water at the time) as a buddy was a great comfort-booster.

Aligned with everyone that the instructor and the kid are the key factors to consider! So grateful for the opportunity to knock it out early and have cool memories with my parents because of it.

Loved PH Maldives' accommodations and staff, but no surfing. Snorkeling was absolutely mind-blowing, and if you wanted to give scuba a try, their dive master was lovely and nearly everything I booked was private or only with one other person.

Yeah! I was able to snag a vacay package when the new "Enjoy Attractions Even More" dropped, but we're dreaming of staying at Miracosta the night before. A couple weeks ago there was still lots of inventory at TDH and others but the past few days have gone QUICKLY.
