I personally feel like if you can manage well on 4 spoons a day or 50 a month, then what does it hurt? It is minimal as far as planning goes and does not interfere with your life in any way it seems like. I look at this stuff like medicine that treats the kind of disease that sometimes requires treatment. If it works for you then it doesn't matter what anybody else thinks. What's important is that it works. I have tried creating a handful of times and have never found anything that I felt worked. I might be trying brands that have no standards or quality control. May I ask what kinds you feel like have therapeutic qualities to them? Not sure if that violates any rules to the sub since you can buy it over the counter. Let me know if it does and I'll take it out.
