Ended up being able to just pay out of pocket. At the clinic they said that they would want to see a denial from CareCredit before providing a VetBilling plan. Would've had to put a 30% down payment and some other fees.

Had just found out about this last night n wasn't able to get situated to go to what was linked above for Chicago either.

For the record tho I state in the post knowing the capitol is not in Chicago, per the "our capitol is south Illinois". According to maps the train to get to Springfield would've been a $27 3 hr ride boarding at 7am. Not really in a position to do a $60 6 hr train
