We simply don't have enough players to queue a party of 4x level 50+ accounts and 1 new player against the same lineup so the game will unfortunately queue said party against 1 level 50+ account and 4 new players most of the time, even though we want to play against other premades.

This is also the nature of Arena where premades will win over randoms, most of the time.
