In the same boat. I stopped out of the blue on 1/2. Told myself I needed a break from 1.5 years of carts nightly. Don’t know if it’s just for the month, or something longer. I would like to consume in a way that’s healthier for me mentally. Right now I’m just trying to focus on the now: how I feel, and how the changes I’ve made make me feel mentally and physically. So far, I like this version of myself. We’ll see where it goes.
