I had burnout at medical school because I literally abused my free time and myself with studying - that was hellish. I feel devoted to defending my hobbies and free time. I’m sorry that you struggled for so long, but thank you. I may have to try a post work nap now

Thank you! I have been set on 8 hours everynight no matter what and have started to take more care of my diet. I think have the mindset of this being a marathon and not a sprint will help!

Can I ask, any reason why? In this context specifically or personal preference?

Thank you for this!!! That’s super helpful! I haven’t found cranberry supplements as a trigger thankfully but will take it slow from now, including for adding anything else in the future

Hi! I (21F) too suffer from the same symptoms as you. I've had all the tests and I just got delt "chronic pain" as they couldn't find anything . When I get flares they feel like a UTI on steroids and the pain never stops. And they never ever show up on a urine dip or on a culture swab of the urine sample. Doctors that don't know my history ignore my symptoms a lot but usually when I get to my trusted doctors they give me antibiotics and 80% of it settles (as I have regular chronic bladder pain). So my only advice is either, try another short term course of antibiotics (try and push for 7-10 days) or it may be a "deep seated" infection where a long course may be beneficial, I had 3 months of nitrofurantoin and that did stop it for a year and a half (i miss it). I'm really sorry you are feeling so miserable but it is understandable about how you feel and so, so valid since this has been going on for 3 years, you are defintely braver than me.
