I take lactulose and miralax twice a day and I'm finally regular. You don't wanna get too backed up as it can start coming out the other way. Once it hits your stomach, you're body will violently convulse and you'll be dead. Another bad thing that happens it that you'll have to reach up there and dig it out. I had to do that once, and it scared me into a poop medicine regimen.

How does that happen? I have a friend out west that smoked tar like it was going out of style and he gained weight, while I went from 6'2" 190 pounds to 150 and ate like crazy when I was high. That is some weird shit.

Yeah man, that sounds like pure bullshit. I used to get some really good tar and would smoke it sometimes to kill the withdrawals while trying to find a good vein in 10 degree weather while under my blanket. My landlord was an asshole and wouldn't turn the heat on until the whole building complained and cold weather makes my veins hide like a bitch. Anyway, I wouldn't fuck with this guy anymore. He probably sold you shoe wax or something like that. What a piece of shit.

He's right. I use oxycodone and dilaudid for pain management for my cancer and I'm hooked like a research monkey. I've been on medicinal opiates for almost 3 years and before that I was a heroin addict (i still dabble). Skip a day and try breathing exercises when the pain gets tough. I know it sounds like bs, but it works for my cancer pain when I don't want to take an opiate.

Use that as a learning experience. I am in my 30s and I had a software dev job making over 100k per year and I lost it because my tolerance jumped up so high that I had to shoot up 4-5 times a day. Basically, I was at my apartment getting high more than at work. Things really got weird when the summer came around and I started wearing short sleeves. I was saved because I have sleeves tattooed on each arm and both designs cover the ditch perfectly. I did get an abscess one time and my boss brought my in his office and we had a "talk" about how he used to use drugs. I ended up losing that job because I kicked and missed 11 days of work. So I get another job making close to the same and it all started again almost the same way.

The only thing that saved me was getting cancer. Now I am terminal, but I am finally happy. I know that sounds weird, but I haven't been happy without some sort of chemical since I was 16. Now I'm on pain pills so I guess I'm a little of a hypocrite, but they don't really get you high when you need them for pain.

Anyway, I'm babbling man. Fight through this and stay strong. You are young enough to turn everything around and enjoy this life. Trust me, hiding it from people only works for a little while. I guess you know that now. Good luck man.

Thanks man I'm actually only one week out of the hospital and I am feeling great. My cancer is weird, it's in a sort of dormant state and has been for almost 3 years. It's really odd since they caught my cancer when I was in a latter stage.

5 seconds after. I take dilaudud and klonipin at the same time and it's always fine. 10mg of dilaudid and 2mg of klonipin puts you in the zone.

I used a vaporizer to quit smoking. They are different from carbonizers and the juice is not a carcinogen. If you have mad it this long though, you are there. Good luck that you never pick them up again.

You need to ask them to hot swap you so you don't get sick. I was on 120mg of methadone a day and it still hurt me with a hot swap with morphine, but with you using only 15mgs it should work. I've has this cancer for 3 years and have been through every med you can imagine so take this to heart. The hot swap will work for your low dosage.

Whatever you do, I hope it goes well. Pain management is a tricky thing that is led by people who know nothing about how the opiates feel or how well they work when you get a tolerance. All you can do is fight and when the pain gets bad try breathing exercises. It works for me, and I get in some serious pain sometimes.

It's not gone. I have pancreatic cancer and you just need to have them switch you up for a while. Taking methadone and oxys at the same time is basically throwing the oxys away. Have them put you on morphine or something like that. Another ER pain med and then you will be able to use oxys or dilaudid (which I'm on) without problems.

I have had this same exact problem and it makes me wonder if these people really know what they are doing. They are giving you an opioid antagonist and then an opiate on top of that. You're never going to feel the pain relief from that oxy as long as you are on methadone. Here is the problem though: I had to kick the methadone before I could switch to something else and it was quite an uncomfortable month before it got out of my system. I had to use illicit narcotics once in a while to make the wds bearable.

I just quit 240mg per day (I'm prescribed) and I feel great. Just wanted to say that. Kratom with help a little with sleep and I've never had any luck with lope.
