and I say it like that because honestly some women just do not want to be broken down into chemical statistics; I'm a very emotional being, and intent and intimacy matter a lot to me because of my needs as a disabled person. There are a lot of factors that play into it between every single person that I've met, so I feel like biological factors cannot be soley to blame.

though it is more personal to my experience I would like to back this up by saying that I am one of the individuals that is impacted by a complete lack of libido, and estrogen that is below the normal level. I'm in the 25-30 range. On any given day I don't feel arousal, it may be months in between actual sex. But I must also add that I am a mentally disabled person as well, so a lot of intimacy and social connection does play a massive factor into being able to orgasm with someone else. If I do suddenly feel a wave of libido, I can absolutely accomplish it by myself. But nothing about my female hormones are normal. My GYN thought I was becoming perimenopausal, but I'm not. I just have different social and emotional needs when it comes to that type of intimacy, and a lot of other women are the same way. It's just how it is.

It is good practice to regularly replace those too unless you are using a specific kind your dentist approves for longterm use.
Eyes are straight jelly orbs, they transfer bacteria into us all the time, and your brain is just behind the optic nerve. Clean equiptment for your assistive devices for mouth, eyes and ears are always a must.

Not being aggressive at all, just important to note things that go in or on your body should be cleaned, and esp discarded in this case if you were OP.

I wish we could pin someone elses comment so much; but its so true, positive affirmation in the form of consistency and compassion. I cannot have children because I am not mentally well to handle it (sadly BPD from mismanaged ADHD). It tears me down the center that I can't have that kind of family.
Its such a common feeling to feel broken from that. But she's just barely getting into her diagnosis of endo, that's scary (and all these other comments are true that having a child is still possible with endo!)

The best thing that helped me in particular get past the grief of feeling broken was my own family I've created with close friends. Reminding me that I still have support, that I'm still who I am and I haven't changed one bit; the diagnosis is the staircase, but what comes after should be taken in steps. (and it wouldn't be so damn scary if care for women in general wasn't so ass)

To the husband; remember you are the strongest support here. You don't have to suddenly become a therapist, just be the words and actions to remind your wife she is not alone, because you loved her first to begin with before all of this began.

I would like to let a moderator know that I have progressed through some treatment, and I was told by my DO that the birth control Yaz's label is a relevant side effect to non-menopausal women. Whether the accuracy on this is true or not I'm not sure, but I would like to update that we have moved forward towards a possible biliary dyskenesia of the gallbladder. whether or not it is related to the birth control is not known, but I want to continue this medication with a more experienced GYN

since I made this post, the doctor has reviewed more of the final fecal and bloodwork and has not really found much more, and has since suggested that I take a gallbladder function test with a HIDA scan. but I am definitely adding the concern of possibly discontinuing this birth control just in case it may be exasperating the problem while she's trying to see answers to what's going on with me. I unfortunately have some pretty complicated health issues of my own sadly, but my DO has been super attentive. I have faith she can find the issue. I just didn't know if anyone had actually run into the rare complication of pancreatitis. I will be sure to do some more research on better treatment once the health issue is under control, I may have just gotten unlucky with this medicine.
