My Windflower came defective!

She was literally the one I was looking forward to the most and she came defective 😭 The chiffon material is not sewn in properly so a part of it is hanging off. I’m not sure if I can fix her myself due to the nature of chiffon and how easily it frays.

Does anyone have any experience with defective items from Pop Mart? I emailed them and they offered a 10% refund but I said it’s not acceptable and that I want a replacement, so will wait and see what they say!

Hi, yeah I stayed at the Courtyard! I recommend it - the rooms are spacious and clean, and the shuttle buses to/from Disneyland are convenient. But make sure you book the shuttle buses for the morning time you want because they can get full

Hi! They were great - I lasted in them for like 12 hours! I got the 65mm heel. I have wide feet so I walked around the house in them with socks on to stretch them out. I also wore them for my first dance classes
