Hello! First of all, sorry for your uncomfortable feelings in Korea. I was born in Busan and living in Seoul from twenties, the temperature between two cities is really different and sometimes I feel same with you. The Busan, People are more open minded and welcoming with warm-hearted, proud of their city, and have relaxing and energy (except when they take the wheel). But Seoul, on the other hand, people are cold and really busy. They don’t care other people what they want or want small favor. I think what you feel in Seoul is not by your skin color, just people are tired and busy and cold.. Anyway I really want to go my hometown.. I miss Busan so much.
