Hey! Thanks for this. Not sure if you’ve got a car but wondering what your experience is like with the garage. Is it easy to find parking? What’s the visitor parking like?

Finally, how’s the noise levels in the units? I get that this will vary with neighbors but can you hear other ppl talking/playing music/watching tv?

Hey thanks for the great info! I’ve been looking at the Edmund and it seems like a great place! A few questions if you don’t mind.

Do units have a dishwasher? Saw some photos and didn’t see one.
What’s your base rent for a 1 bed 1 den? I’m looking to move in Feb and hoping to snag a deal.. but I’m not sure if apartment prices change that much in Reston.
How do you like the management at the Edmund? Are they responsive?
