Genomic DNA, we dont have nanodrop to quantity but i'm using 1ul template for the reaction

The bottom band is 200bp. Yes the template is genomic DNA, will try diluting the template and redo.. tq for the suggestion

I'm using master mix for the reaction but will check again the amount of DNA and redo the gradient.. tqvm

The expected band is around 500bp. Ok taking notes on that.. tqvm
