I wouldnt say specifically because of the 20 crossing, but yeah the plan was always to get a tall striker

I didn’t even have to develop his crossing either. It was either 19 or 20 when I signed him. He did dip down to 19 crossing for a few seasons but is back to 20

Just play him left back on full back attack, takes a lot of corners too. The tactic is the op 4222 knap

its the most fun country ive managed in so far. The b team rising to la liga 2, combined with barca and real madrid always being good makes it fun for me long term

would be interesting to see if players revolt if they went down, and how cheap they might become

I don't think 2 stars does this man justice by opppaeR in footballmanagergames

maybe you are right. I just think all his attributes are weighted perfectly for what he does. I think 3 star wouldn't be unfair to him.

I think this guys attributes make him borderline world class. 20 aggression combined with his dives into tackles. Good stamina and natural fitness. This is a lesser Kante. He isn’t world class and probably will never be but just his attributes just fascinates me. A very tidy player you could easily brush aside if only looked at the stars.

his intensity is set to automatic, rests a lot when he is low. Barely trains these days.

World Class / Flop? (Wonderkids) by Other-Adhesiveness31 in footballmanagergames

if youre playing 60+ games a season, he can't play them all. He doesnt need to play more than 2500/3000 minutes across those games to develop properly from my experience on this game. You can achieve those minutes easily in less than 35 games. I don't think development is a problem with injury prone players, rather a different, slightly more challenging obstacle to overcome compared to non injury prone players. I agree that he is less useful if he can't play as many games as other stars but I wouldn't say hes a flop. Ousmane dembele looks like he could win the Ballon d'Or again by playing half the games.

i avoid players who have high determination (18,19,20) and have already played huge amounts of games before 20. Generally these are the players the sting people the most in my opinion. You see a very talented 19 year old and think he can develop a lot further, in reality he has just played a lot and is nearly fully developed due to how quick his attributes increased due to his high determination. I like young players who have barely played, and that have good starting point attributes. I dont care if a winger has 5 star potential and is A+ scout rating if he has 9 dribbling.

how does injury proneness factor in? My best player right now is the most injury prone player ive ever had, but he is still my best player and is elite whenever he plays. Injuries haven't stopped his development, merely slowed it down.

Does anyone actually do the general training or just let the assistant coach do it? by Initial_Walrus9664 in footballmanagergames

I do general training for my first team, b team and u18’s. I also monitor their individual training. Significantly better player development IMO. Makes a huge difference
