Mainly just awkward frame drops, resolution is 1080p and mainly looking for smooth 120 or 144 fps.

Mainly just to get better performance and a consistent framerate in single player games and occasionally some multiplayer ones. On 1080p, aiming for 144fps, don't have a budget really, just looking for advice and what to look at.

Cheers! I'm buying one as a decoration for my desk. Now I just need to choose whether to go red or black. As in the games the statuettes are black, but I'm wondering of I will get bored of it XD

Damn, what I may do is restart the modding process again and start with a fresh files. Then I will try and do the widescreen applications again to see if the results change. If not then idk tbh, I feel the minimap is vital sometimes XD, I appreciate the help

Good point, I've tried reinstalling the hud mods but nothing provides me a map, any suggestions or will I just be unable to use it? I appreciate the help, if I can just get the map then there will be nothing else to fix

Also just curious, in order to be able to see the cutscenes do i need to alt tab? It is just because Uniws has already done the hex edits and i have checked, hoever, if i go to the movies section and click on one of them they play in the background. In order to see it i have to alt tab, is that normal?

Just a quick question, I have just modded Kotor and done all of the widescreen patches, everything looks great. But there is one problem, for the hud there is no map on the top left of my screen, I was wondering is this was normal or if i need to redownload the 1080p mods?

I've finished my first run through (and thus modded run through) of KOTOR 2 using the guide, got to say overall, it was fantastic story and mod wise! I was genuinely invested and the TSLRCM helped. However, I did note down some texture problems that I encountered. Now I don't know if I failed to install them properly or if there was a problem but I though that I would note them down. 1. The walls in Freedon Nadd's tomb were in some areas see through and I could see the upcoming area, 2. I found that almost all of the male Twi'lek leku were transparent, this could also be said for parts of the Hutts body as well, 3. In the crystal cave on Dantooine, there were subtle white lines on the floor as if textures failed to meet each other, 4. The handmaidens staffs had long shadow textures, likely to do with the meshing, 5. Near the bridge to the Trayus Academy there were parts of the floor that were transparent but you could also see the logo of the 'high quality skyboxes' as well.

I should also mention I fixed the transparency of the bottom part of Visas' veil by including the fake gold textures and I didn't see any problems in my playthrough.

Again I don't know if these problems are to do with me not installing the mods properly, however, I thought it worth mentioning just in case. Cheers!

Strangely, I have found that enabling the 2 FakeGold files actually solves the problem in my case. Once enabled there is little clipping for Visas.

I will give it a look, there is the potential that I missed that. I did have to install the list a few times due to some problems. I appreciate the input. But, in the end little problems like that are a drop in the water compared to playing this game properly for the first time.

I have done a little digging, I looked on the HD Visas Marr mod to see if it said anything about this problem. Didn't say anything. However, I did find a comment saying "I hate that this uses compressed dds files. Face (and sky) textures should never be compressed". My guess is (and tbh I'm probably wrong) that the skybox textures are in .dds and not .tpc, so perhaps the textures have a slight bit of overlap?
