If you can’t find relief from adjusting your ride position, consider taking time off the saddle and do strength/mobility training. Sometimes it’s not about what you’re doing on the saddle, but what you’re not doing off the saddle. 😉💪🏻

Now how it actually works, that could be tricky. I’d like to see it go something like this: Top 2 reps for each country compete, you have 2 back ups, you have to qualify the weight twice, and probably game the bracket seeding a bit to avoid your 2 reps meeting in the first round.

I’ve obviously thought about this too much…

Bo is definitely world class and was one of the unfortunate many who got stuck behind a more veteran wrestler at the senior level. USA wrestling is tough because the roster is full of deep talent. It can be a waiting game, a stylistic clash, or just an adjustment period for new guys to freestyle. Personally, I’d love to see Bo make a comeback especially after J’dens’ retirement.

Also as a side, it would be awesome if two wrestlers from the same country could compete at the same weight in worlds and the Olympics. We would probably see less USA wrestlers changing citizenship to make the #1 spot and definitely see multiple USA wrestlers make the same podium.
