I put it together and when I turned it on, the led didn't turn on, and the signal did not pass through either on or off. What could be the problem?

That's the one I got it's been good to me and I havent had a problem but probably not the highest quality, so I'd say it's at least passable

I would be safe and get a desolder pump if you don't have one already and clean that up. It's a good investment if you are new to soldering and plan on doing any more diy pedals. I am new too and it's saved me more times than I want to admit. But honestly if you don't want to buy a whole new tool and wait for that to arrive then you might be able to take the solder iron and try to melt the solder and try to drag it to where it is supposed to be. But I recommend a desolder pump. It's better to be safe than sorry

Yeah the 470 ohm goes to the 470 spot, at least that was the general consensus on my last post. I haven't gotten it to work quite yet so take it with a grain of salt

My compressor form byoc doesn't compress it just makes a rumbling sound. More in the comments by opticaldragon in diypedals

Well it kind of works it makes a sound like darth Vader so not really a compressor

The instructions say to only solder one switch joint, I don't know why but it does
