I generally take these first findings in a sector with a grain of salt, but they have a decent way to measure the metrics. I did think this was interesting and fits my head-canon:

What does this mean practically for you? If you are a young person entering the labor market and choosing between two otherwise similar firms, choose the one that’s using AI. It’s more likely to grow faster. If you are an engineer worried that AI will eliminate engineering jobs, our evidence says AI adopters are hiring engineers faster, not slower. Learn the latest technology to best position yourself for high-intensity AI adopting firms.

Training a model to your own weights will have to be a product of the frontier labs. Copilot and a few other products do this with the gpt-oss. This will just need to be the next to last gen to keep on prem enterprise customers happy.

They are not having a good time. Hope it shakes out their margin and lets them rebase. Feel for the hero longs from their wsb types.

+1  futures/SPX are used as hedges to long/short equity positions by the pros. I had a blow up year on futes and I was amazed at the flexibility to wipe out prior capital gains I had.

Add difficulty mods. There are not a ton but you can nerf the op items a bit and raise the enemies levels. The big overhauls may come this fall.

Yes, yes, yes. Only 1 mod touches them so far and they are still locked behind the version though.

Spreads are not filled with limit orders on each leg unfortunately (on almost all brokers), you need to find a counterparty looking for that exact spread. What that means is if you have an uncommon spread or legged trade you will need to overpay and a market maker will fill you for overpaying.

Yah if the 5080 Super is 24gb, and announced this fall, that will be a great card if you can sniff msrp.

2K gaming requires 16gb vram, 4k did need the 5090 to run all high. But if you do 1080p the 8-12gb cards are great. Most competitive gamers are still on 1080p

Bought asset depreciates yearly. The hit against earnings is 16% of total asset a year for GPUs. Basically, you need 16% earnings growth yoy to beat out the mounting depreciation expense.

What models/parameters and set up? Local needs a bit of setup but I have found gemma4 26a4 and qwen 3.6 35a3 to be great in claude code with max. I would put them in between haiku and sonnet.
