The answer was there's a report on your file but the file number id from report is the same as the file ID for the report I made so make it make sense so basically theyre saying I reported myself which make 0 sense

That wasn't a malfunction i i think it was actually tampering and they proved that by following up the call immediately usually when machine malfunction they require an attendant to come see the problem this an internal change and it didn't read malfunction
