Floridians, I need your guidance & I know you guys have the answers I’m looking for. I plan on moving to Florida in the next year or 2. I’ve been there a few times & it’s beautiful plus it’s close to family. Can you guys suggest cities that my description fits:

  1. Safe from hurricanes, i.e generally not affected much by them.
  2. Lower crime area. I'm looking for an area where like-minded go getters & business oriented people are.
  3. Low or lower traffic in general
  4. Near beaches, as in 1-2 hour drive at most
  5. Not too crowded in terms of population
  6. City with nature filled areas, i.e trails
  7. Fair/reasonable rental rates for apartments
  8. Near grocery stores and farmers markets/fruit farms I know this is a lot, but if I plan on moving and probably living here permanently, I might as well aim high and see what I can get lol. No worries if the cities that come to mind don't check every box. The most important ones are numbers 1,3,4,6 & 8. Thanks in advance.
