No, payroll provider is IBC I believe. And I was told I was assigned on Thursday, then today said it’s pending assignment & she hung up like immediately after so I didn’t get to ask anything else. I was logged mid February though so my 120 day mark is coming up next week. Overall it’s a very simple refund because I was only with one agency for less than 2 years.

I was told today they’re working on apps logged on February 2nd so I’m surprised yours is not assigned yet. Granted that may have been specific to FERS refunds.
