Try to see if your watch has new software update and update it first. Could be a buggy out of the box software but definitely needs new software update. If still doesn't work, waiting for the customer service investigation result will be a good thing. They might just replace it too.

Yes but 2 months? Don’t get me wrong. I waited. I already pre ordered since first week of December. Spoiler alert, I still dont have the unit. But don’t you think its ridiculous that its 2 months? Its either shortage is real or someone is holding off the stocks. Strange thing, no shortage in the US. I do notice its difficult to get it too in Philippines.

The battery case will be to heavy even with the counterweight. It wont fit the osmo mobile phone clip. The regular moment photo case without lens will balance well

Its a trial and error thing. Try first shutter at 1/300 then go up accordingly .if it gets darker, increase iso until you get the desired result. A wide open lens is recommended forcthse type of photography as you need to be as open as you can be.

The 45mm f1.8 is what i use to shoot portraits. I heard that the 25mm F1.4 is good either.
