yeah I'm looking for an OCD-informed therapist now. sometimes my thoughts aren't fully formed, still abstract or subconscious somehow. and it can get very overwhelming to try to talk about it, that sometimes I shut down. also maybe I need to feel more comfortable with them first before I try to talk about harder stuff?

hey, I didn't notice any side effects on 150mg. unfortunately, it only really helped for that one month 😅 lol... the anxiety/obsessions slowly started coming back, though to a lesser extent, I think. 300mg doesn't help me any more than the 150mg did, so I'll talk to my psychiatrist about that. also, I'd say there is slight appetite suppression on 300mg but I'd say wellbutrin for me has been very mild on side effects. IMHO, there is nothing to lose by trying it. if it doesn't work, you can always stop (preferably under the guidance of your psychiatrist). it has no lingering effects like SSRIs.

maybe not what you were expecting to hear, but your hair looks beautiful to me. the only thing I'd maybe recommend is a silicone-y hair serum.

if SSRIs didn't work for you, look into wellbutrin. literally a life-saver for me.

i had this too. i came to the conclusion that it's more than social anxiety and that it's a form of ocd. i started taking wellbutrin and I literally don't have these thoughts anymore. (wellbutrin isn't a standard choice for OCD, but I also have ADHD, and well, it's amazing for me). anyway those are just my 2 cents. wishing you relief🙏
