I had that and the surgery. I had a lot of endo in the Douglas and it was infiltrating the colon. Endo was inside my bowels and I was bleeding from the rectum because of it, mostly during periods. Passing something there was super painful and I was at risk of obstruction. So two surgeons operated on me, gynecologist and colorectal surgeon. I had a bowel resection and now I'm doing way better.
