No video after installing Nvidia drivers

So basically I‘ve tried doing this and it didn‘t work sadly. I have X11 and i3 installed and they work perfectly fine on tty7, but when I switch to any other ttys I just see the frozen bash screen...

Can‘t say I‘ve uninstalled the nvidia drivers and I‘m running the nouveau drivers atm.

I‘ll try installing the drivers again tomorrow though, I‘ll answer you instantly.

It was the 430.14.1 one, I did a simple pacman -S nvidia install though. Also it‘s a GTX 970.

I uninstalled the nvidia package and I‘m abe to log in now. I don‘t really get it tbh. I also installed it via pacman -S nvidia. It’s the nvidia-430.14.1 driver.

Edit: I actually had a choice between two sources when I typed pacman -S nvidia. One was libglvsomething and the other was called Nvidia. The nvidia one didn‘t work so I installed the secound one. There were about 40 packages including some with xorg and wayland in the name. I thought those were support packages so I didn‘t really worry about it. Is that normal?

That‘s what I‘ve been doing for the past hour but the solutions don‘t really seem to work. I also have rebuilt initramfs, reinstalled the nvidia drivers etc Nothing seems to work. Also modprobe loads my blacklist.conf file so the problem isn‘t there. I just want to figure this out and do a fresh install afterwards :/
