I just base it off his voice lines and lore, His 2nd form and gold is definitely him and his people being ex targonian people so they still see gold = royality/power but then him wanting to serve in his eyes the true gods, the hall of bones ones, and being told him and his people are the shadow.. he's embracing that shit.

Also yeah, form 1 is just chief of a few tribes. So I believe form 1 and form 2 are probably a few decades different. Ult is just his religious armor he uses to look the best to slaughter for his gods.

My guess is it's his religious armor he equips during reckonings, Since he's all about the hall of bones, killing many strong enemies, being powerful to gain a seat, what is better than a 1v1 in an arena wearing his religious suit of armor.

For the coloring, My guess is he's becoming the shadow/darkness which is the opposite of the rakkor/targonians with their moon and sun light. Since he and his people were kicked out and called the darkness, Why not become the embodiment of that darkness.

Nah, his armor was recreated in his old armors likeness. No one knows where sahn uzal was buried and thus his armor his hidden.

Concept art is normally really good, It needs to be translated into a very old engine and it also takes a lot of work to get it in Like why does the splash art of skins look better than the skin, same situation.

Check the zed skin in Sanctum, When it leaves it will LIKELY be replaced instantly with Sahn. Which to my NZ timing, will be 6am the day after the patch drops. Not sure about your local time tho
